Vacation Tour and Travel was founded in October of 2000.  The company's primary mission is to be a leading provider of high value entry-level leisure and vacation experiences.  Our philosophy is simple - always strive to exceed expectations.  This philosophy is embodied in the flexibility of our programs, the quality and variety of vacation experiences we offer, and the efficiency and attentiveness of our customer service representatives.

We align ourselves with quality, high-profile retail and cruise developers.  These publicly traded and privately held companies pose a large variety of exciting vacation experiences in highly desirable geographic locations throughout the United States and abroad.

Vacation Tour and Travel employees are the key to our success.  We employ over 200 full-time and part-time employees in our company headquarters located in Conway, Arkansas.  This newly built facility serves as customer contact, sales and customer support center.  Our employees make it possible for us to become a full-service provider to our clients.  Our ability to acquire, sell, process, and fulfill our vacation packages internally means that the vacation package purchasers we serve only interact with one entity.  Customers can make travel changes, special requests, or simply inquire about "things to do" while on vacation.  Exemplary customer service and extreme care in handling our clients' personal information is the hallmark of all Vacation Tour and Travel business practices.

Our new, 24,000 sq. ft. facility, located in Conway, AR, opened in January of 2012.
